Restrictions

• This trip is not recommended for expectant mothers or those with serious back or neck problems.
• Large parties should reserve at least 24 hours in advance, with a minimum of 7 paying passengers required to depart.
• Service animals, comfort animals, and pets are not permitted. The boat has a maximum capacity of 14 passengers.
• Glass bottles are not allowed on the boat, and the activity is not handicap accessible.

• If the weather is unfavorable, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at the vendor's discretion.
• Cruises take place in the Gulf of Mexico and/or Choctawhatchee Bay; in favorable conditions, you will cruise in both.
• While not guaranteed, the captain has a high success rate for locating dolphins.
• You may get wet on this tour, so dress appropriately.

Rebooking Policy

• All rebookings made more than 48hrs in advance will be accommodated with no re-booking fee.
• All rebookings made within 48hrs of your original booking time will be charged a $50 rebooking fee.
• All last minute rebookings (within 24hrs of your original booking time) will not be accommodated.
